Custom Order Return Policy
Our products are custom made for you, and as such, cannot be returned (read below for workmanship guarantees).

48-Hour Grace Period
We offer a 48-hour grace period to make changes to or cancel your order on custom made products. Please contact us directly via email within 48-hours of placing your order, and we will work with you to make any necessary changes. After 48 hours, preparations are made to complete your order, and no returns can be made.

Our Workmanship Guarantee
We're proud of our quality and workmanship. Please inspect your products upon arrival. In the event of error in workmanship or design fabrication, we will work with you directly to quickly resolve the problem at our expense. This includes full roundtrip transit of the product to/from your home.

Delivery Time & Turnaround
Delivery times & turnaround vary from product to product. These delivery times are noted on each of our products. Since our workload varies, we general offer a window of time to allow for creation of your item. Please contact us via email if you have special turnaround requests. We're happy to help work with you to deliver your custom items more quickly, if possible.

Matching nursery accessories will be shipped with bedding (if ordered).
