Trendy Tot Designs accepts all major credit cards and PayPal. The process is easy and secure--and you do not need an account with PayPal. E-checks through PayPal will take 7-10 days to clear. Items will not ship until e-checks have cleared.
How long until you ship my order? TOP
It takes approximately 4-8 weeks from receipt of your custom bedding orders.
Other orders ship within 1-3 weeks depending on availability.

Our products are custom made for you, and as such, cannot be returned (read below for workmanship guarantees).
48-Hour Grace Period
We offer a 48-hour grace period to make changes to or cancel your order on custom-made products. Please contact us directly via email within 48-hours of placing your order, and we will work with you to make any necessary changes. After 48 hours, preparations are made to complete your order, and no returns can be made.

We are proud of our quality and workmanship. Please inspect your products upon arrival. In the event of error in workmanship or design fabrication, we will work with you directly to resolve quickly the problem at our expense. How to Measure the Windows for the Made-to-Order Valances? TOP
We will need you to give us the measurement and the rod size upon order. When providing a window measurement, please measure from outside edge of window. We also need to know what kind of rod you will hang the valance on.

Measure your window from the outside of the molding and add 3 inches playing room for the hardware. I will need to know what kind of rod you will hang this on so I can determine how wide the projection needs to be. The projection is the fabric that will cover the side of the rod.

2 ½ Continental rod = 3 ½ to 5 inches projection
Conventional rod = 2 to 3 inches projection
Decorative pole= 0 inch projection
How do I clean the beddings? TOP
Woolie detergent is recommended! For mre infomation about washing, please visit the Woolie website: HERE
Machine washing with handwash or delicate options may recommended for most beddings. Use cold water and mild detergent (Woolite)
For some the beddings that designed in decorator fabric, professional cleaned may recommended unless otherwise notice. |
